Ben Johnston (born 1981 in California) is an American pop/rock singer and songwriter. He gained fame thanks to hits such as "So-Called Thing Called Love" and "Addicted To Love/(I Just) Died In Your Arms", helped thanks to promotional images containing a neon heart logo, a trademark of his early career.

His latest album The Race Has Only Begun was recently certified diamond and contains the hits "Steal The Night Away" and "Duffel Bags And Bachelor Pads". Ben released his third album, Defeat Is Not An Option, in June 2008, which became his first #1 album. It contained his first #1 single, "Tell Me When The News Comes On".

Ben is well known for his songwriting skills, and aside from his own songs, he has written singles for other artists, most notably Christine Tyler's 2006 single "Lonely Nights In L.A.", Paulo Araujo's 2008 single "Is This Paradise", and the 2009 SAVE URAPS charity single "Play The Game".
